Balotelli Signs AC Milan Deal

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli is thought to have signed a four-and-a-half year deal with AC Milan.

The Italian giants claim that a deal has been agreed between the two clubs regarding the Italian international, and City sources say that a deal will be completed on Wednesday after the forward has undergone a medical.

Milan director Umberto Gandini has confirmed that a transfer fee has been agreed with City, and once the medical is completed, he will be tied to the club until 2017. Juventus have also been negotiating for Balotelli, but it would now seem that AC have secured his signature in a supposed haggling war over the 22 year-old.

If it goes through, the deal will bring an end to a two year controversial roller coaster at the Etihad. During his time in the City colours, Balotelli has both won and lost the team games. This plus an extremely disruptive personality has led to critics hoping for Balotelli's departure of the Premier League for some time, and it would seem that their wish may finally come true.
