Goal Line Technology To Be Tested in the England- Belgium Game

It has been announced that England's friendly against Belgium will be a tester for goal- line technology.

The Hawkeye system will be installed at the national ground on the 2nd June which will also be Roy Hodgson's first game in charge in charge of England since taking charge over last month. All tests are being monitored by EMPA officials. However if there are any close calls in the game, the referee will not be informed of the result from the system as it is only a test trial.
