Winger Eden Hazard has confirmed that he will be moving to Chelsea this summer.
The Belgium announced on twitter that he will be moving to Chelsea, after spending the last week deciding whether to move to the Blues, Manchester City or Manchester United.
Last season the 21 year old managed to find the net 20 times as well as getting the most assists in Ligue 1. He also managed to win himself Ligue 1 player of the season award over the 2011/2012 season.
