Conner May Stay Wolves Manager

Wolves manager Terry Connor could still be in with a chance of keeping his job insisted Chief Executive Jez Mozley.

After former manager Mick McCarthy was sacked in February, Connor was moved up from his previous role as assistant manager, with the promise that he would keep his job if Wolves stayed in the Premier League. However despite Wolves definitely getting relegated, Jez Mozley has taken pitty on Conner saying that he became manager whilst the club was in a poor situation.

Moxey said "Terry is an outstanding coach, he is a Wolves man through and through, he is our manager until the end of the season. We will address the situation of the manager once the season is finished and, as far as I am concerned, Terry is an outstanding guy and there is no reason why he should not have a future with us".
