Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini has accepted the three match ban appointed to him by the Football Association following his clash with Ryan Shawcross at the weekend.
Fellaini has been charged with violent conduct by the Football Association for headbutting Ryan Shawcross during the second half of the game against Stoke but which was missed by referee Mark Halsey. A statement read that no further punishments will be issued regarding the two other incidents which involved Fellaini hitting Shawcross in some way.
The Belgium international made an apology straight after the game but is still believed to be fined by Everton following manager David Moyes publicly condemning his actions.
