Northampton Town Manager Aidy Boothroyd said that the club would be interested in selling the forward.
Akinfenwaa scored 18 goals in the 2011-2012 season which saw him finish as joint top goalscorer in League Two. The Cobblers manager said that he would love to keep the striker but he is at an age where his next contract would be the last with the club, and with top clubs showing interest in the striker, he would be willing to sell him for the right price.
