Arsenal captain Roben Van Persie has announced that he will not be extending his contract at Arsenal.
Speculation has been ripe concerning the Dutch forwards fututre and up to now the Gunners have been certain that Van Persie would stay, but now that the Holand international is entering his final year of contract, his future is uncertain.
