Icelandic international Gylfi Sigurdson has announced that a brief conversation with new Totenham manager Andres Villas- Boas was enough o convince him to join the club.
Sigurdson played a huge part in Swansea's outstanding performance in the Premier League last season and he has not been unnoticed as he has become Villas- Boas' first signing for Totenham Hotspur. The 22 year old moved to White Heart Lane for a £6.8 million fee, refusing to move with former boss Brendon Rodgers to Liverpool.
