Striker Loic Remy is set to reject a move to Newcastle for a sudden move to QPR to assist them in their fight against relegation.
The striker was expected to travel to Newcastle to discuss a move to the club at the weekend worth a reported £8.3 million, however it is undestood that he is now undergoing talks with QPR manager Harry Redknapp and is rumoured to have undergone a medical with the club on Tuesday.
Marseille have confirmed that Remy wants to keep his options open, as sporting director Jose Anigo told RTL Television: "We at OM reached an agreement with Newcastle but we also talked with other English clubs".
