QPR manager Harry Redknapp is believed to have travelled to France to watch French midfielder Yann M'Vila in action.
Redknapp and chief scout Ian Broomfield made the trip out following QPR's goalless draw against the managers former club Totenham on Saturday lunch time. The defensive midfielder is believed to be high on Redknapp's transfer list as he tries to bolster his struggling Premier League side.
He has been a huge fan of the French international since trying to bring him to Totenham, but has admitted that he doesn't know whether the 22 year-old will want to join the club. Scottish club Rangers are believed to have already offered £7.4 million, but Rennes are still keeping to their £9.9 million demand. QPR are also thought to have competition from fellow Premier League side Fulham with the side believed to have shown a late interest, however M'Vila could still be prepared for a Russian move.
