Chelsea captain Frank Lampard has been hit by another injury after suffering a recurrence of a calf strain against Shakhtar Donetsk.
This injury has come up at a bad time for Chelsea who are preparing to further their lead at the top of the Premier League against Manchester United at the weekend. Blues manager Roberto Di Matteo has said that Lampard will probably be out for " a number of weeks" , but definitely be missing Sundays game at Stamford Bridge as well as next Tuesday's Carling Cup clash.
