Norwich City striker Grant Holt has said it is "ridiculous" that he has not been offered an England opportunity.
The striker was believed to be one of the top contenders for an England spot after the 31 year old scored 15 goals in his debut season in the Premier League last year. However England manager Roy Hodgson has overlooked him for Englands pre-tournament friendlies against Belgium and Norway, and doubts that he will be able to take part in World Cup qualifiers.
