It is thought that Totenham Hotspur are struggling to agree personal terms with Porto's Joau Moutinho despite agreeing a fee with the club.
Spurs are apparently preparing to break a personal transfer record with a £22 million fee believed to be on the table. Porto are reluctant to part with their star midfielder who shone for his country during Euro 2012, and Totenham will have to work fast if they want to secure their Luka Modric replacement before the Transfer Market slams shut at 11pm.
