It is believed that QPR are close to signing Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar as he has arrived at Loftus Road for talks.
It is thought that manager Mark Hughes wants another man between the sticks to compete with Robert Green after his less than convincing start to the season. Currently, it is thought that the Brazilian international is the current QPR top transfer target before the window closes on Friday, and negotiations are underway which will supposedly be hoping to secure a three year contract.
