England have won their last game before the Euro's. Danny Welbeck scored the only goal of the match in the 36th minute to mean that Roy Hodgson has won his first game in charge.
This victory will inspire some well needed to confidence into the team before the European tournament where England will hope to wipe the slate clean from poor international performances and come home with a trophy.
Welbeck, Young and Oxlade- Chamberlain were the starting forwards and had low ratings from the general public due to their young age and lack of experience, however Danny Welbeck proved them wrong by scoring a wonderful chip against Belgium keeper Simon Mignolet to hand England the victory. It will now be interesting to see if England can keep this winning mentality against France in the first game of the group stages.
