Chelsea have beaten Liverpool in a tense FA Cup final to secure themselves the trophy.
The Blues beat the Reds 2-1 at Wembley, after a tense and dramatic 95 minutes. The scoring was opened by Brazilian Ramires in the 11th minute after working his way past the Liverpool defence, and despite Reina taking a deflection, he was unable to steer the ball wide.
The score remained 1-0 until the 50th minute after some good play which lead Didier Drogba smash home Chelsea's second. The game was looking to be slipping away from Liverpool, but in the 64th minute substitute Andy Carrol finished an amazing bit of skill to rebuild Liverpool's hopes.
It was thought to be 2-2 with only a few minutes left when Andy Carrol headed a ball goal-words, however after initial celebrations it was decided that Cech managed to punch the ball out before the whole ball had crossed the line.
After an anxious 5 minutes of added time, no goals were scored, securing Chelsea the trophy.
