Totenham Hotspur Manager Harry Redknapp and former Portsmouth owner Milan Manderic have today been cleared of tax evasion charges.
The two men's trial which has lasted over 2 weeks now, has, after two days of consideration by the jury, been brought to an end after the two men were found innocent. Redknapp can carry on his hopes of becoming England Manager due to the his walking free today. If he had been found guilty, then these hopes would be almost definitely destroyed.
An £8 million pound police investigation, spanding 5 years was brought to an end when juror's believed Harry's denial of evading tax on any payments over £189,000.
This is obviously a good moment for both him and his club as worries that his 30 year long career may be at its end are diminished.
