Manchester City have said that Inter's bid for Argentinian striker Carlos Tevez was not enough. The Italian club made an offer of just over £20 million which is to short for City's valuation of the player.
Milan have already made a loan offer for the striker but Mancini said a down-right no to the offer. Also French club Paris St Germain are also beleived to be looking at the Argentinian and are expected to be making an offer for him shortly.
